SUMMARY:Marketing Grant Open for Applications - Micro and Major Streams
DESCRIPTION:Marketing Grant\nThis grant provides support for marketing and publicity to improve visibility and generate sales. We offer two streams of funding depending of the scale of the project; Micro and Major. \nMicro Stream \n\nUp to a maximum of $5\,000 per applicant per fiscal year (or 50% of the budget whichever is the lesser).\nClients are limited to one micro grant per fiscal year. This amount counts towards an annual marketing cap of $25\,000 per fiscal year.\n\nMicro Stream Opening Dates for all sectors: April 22\, 2026 \nMicro Stream Deadlines to apply: \n\nDeadline 1 – July 15\, 2026 at 4 PM SK time\nDeadline 2 – October 7\, 2026 at 4 PM SK time\nDeadline 3 – January 6\, 2027 at 4 PM SK time\n\nMajor Stream \n\nUp to a maximum of $25\,000 per applicant per fiscal year (or 50% of the budget whichever is the lesser).\n\nMajor Stream Opening Dates for all applicable sectors: April 22\, 2026 \nMajor Stream Deadlines to apply: \n\nBook Publishing – June 10\, 2026 at 4PM SK time\nLive Performing Arts – June 24\, 2026 at 4 PM SK time\nDigital Games – November 18\, 2026 at 4PM SK time\nMusic – June 17\, 2026 at 4PM SK time\nCraft & Visual Arts – February 3\, 2027 at 4PM SK time\n\nFilm: Following consultations with our clients and industry stakeholders\, we decided that increasing funding for film development activities would best support the sector at this time. DESCRIPTION:C-SET invites you to join us in this FREE event. C-SET Talks happens the last Friday of every month at 12pm MST.\n\n___\nDamon Bandger Heit is a member of the Mistawasis Nêhiyawak in the Treaty 6 territory of Saskatchewan.  He has lived in Regina for many years and has been involved in the arts and culture of Saskatchewan for over 20 years. He has served with SaskCulture for 19 years and is currently the Supervisor of Partnerships and Inclusion\, where he focuses on supporting a team of consultants who support cultural initiatives around the province. \nSaskCulure is a non-profit\, community-based\, volunteer-driven\, provincial cultural organization who works with its members\, volunteers and community partners to build a culturally vibrant province\, where all citizens celebrate\, value and participate in a rich\, cultural life. Thanks to funding from Sask Lotteries\, SaskCulture is able to offer programs to distribute this funding and help nurture cultural engagement in the province. \n__ \nCharles Umeh is a Program Advisor at Creative Saskatchewan. He supports clients at all stages of the application process for grants in the craft and visual arts\, live performing arts\, music\, digital game development\, and book publishing sectors.\n\nA gifted storyteller and public speaker on the arts\, Charles is an expert when it comes to advising clients on project budgets\, how to propel creative entrepreneurs’ careers\, and maximizing their grant dollars. Charles’ experience as a filmmaker and the Artistic Director at Common Weal Community Arts make him an asset to the team! \nCharles holds a certificate in Entertainment Law from the Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional. \nIn his spare time\, Charles enjoys watching soccer\, playing chess\, and volunteering within the arts community.\n\n“As a practicing Saskatchewan artist\, Creative Saskatchewan is important because they give people like me the support to build a career from our creative work. They help creatives stay in the province\, share our stories\, and contribute to our communities while making a living.
