W3apons Launches Inaugural Tour
Formed just four months ago, Saskatoon’s W3apons has been building plenty of momentum leading up to their first tour.
Their eight-date Western Canadian swing begins tonight in Vancouver, and is made possible with an investment from Creative Saskatchewan’s Tour Support Grant.

The tour builds on the success of their first single, “Off the Top of My Heart,” which, at last count, boasted more than 30,000 streams on Spotify.
Before the end of August, the trio will take to stages in Vancouver, Kamloops, Kelowna, Fairmont Hot Springs, Saskatoon, Bengough, Winnipeg and Regina.
Plans are already in the works for a Canada-wide follow-up tour early next year.
The band may be new, but W3apons’ three members, Tallis Scott, Jordan Welbourne and Myk Ulan-Hohol, have more than 30 years of performance experience between them, with credits that connect with music genres across the spectrum.
Creative Saskatchewan congratulates W3apons on their premiere tour, and wishes them well in their pursuit of commercial success.
