If you've applied to our grant programs in the past, you will notice some changes to the application process this year.
First, we've clarified many of the questions.
The changes should make each question easier to understand, but if you've applied before you may be caught off guard. You can see the new questions before you apply. Open the "Assessment Criteria" document on each grant webpage.
Second, we're accepting applications online using our Grant Management System (GMS).
GMS still requires some document templates to be downloaded, completed, and uploaded. But, many other questions will be answered directly in your browser.
If you've applied in previous years, and you want to be prepared for these changes, here's what we recommend:
Download the "Assessment Criteria" for the grant you're interested in so you can see the new questions you'll be asked.
Visit and explore our GMS Portal. Login to GMS and create your GMS profile long before the deadline.
Don't wait until the deadline looms. Start your application early. We'll be happy to answer your questions, but it will take some time to get answers.
