Kyle and Allia of Campfire Stories have a unique skillset having spent over 30 years combined in the film and television industry. Their experience working on a variety of movies and television shows has built skill sets in art direction, styling, sound recording, directing, producing, cinematography, and editing. They have worked with networks including APTN, CTV, CBC, Citytv, NBC, HBO and National Geographic for Disney+.
As a company they are committed to the promotion of equity, diversity and representation on the screen and behind the cameras. They employ and promote inclusion and have developed a method of production that creates safe and accessible environments for cast and crew.
Their crews skew heavily to female led BIPOC crew members, many who navigate this world being differently abled and/or neurodiverse.
Currently, Campfire Stories, along with co-producers Lee Crowchild and Harmony Johnson are producing a live action / animated TV series for Citytv. “Stories of the North” helps teach children Indigenous languages through story telling. They have recently wrapped principal photography on Season 3.
