You’ve played some local gigs and built a local fan base. Now you’re ready to take your show on the road and perform for new audiences.
Around the province, across the country or overseas, this grant supports commercially viable touring opportunities for eligible Saskatchewan musicians and bands touring in Canada and abroad
Once the program opens, applicants will have until June 2, 2025, to retroactively submit applications for eligible events that took place April 1, 2025 to May 6, 2025
All deadlines close at 4:00 PM Saskatchewan time. If a deadline falls on a statutory holiday or a weekend, applications will be accepted until 4:00 PM the following business day.
Please note: Applications no longer need to be received at least 14 days prior to the first performance date, just before the first performance date!
Application processing time: Applicants can expect to receive results approximately 8 weeks from the deadline date.
Results will be delivered via e-mail and will be available in GMS
Applicants may apply for a maximum of $15,000 or 50% of the total eligible cash budget, whichever is the lesser.
Applicants are eligible for a maximum of two Tour Support Grants per year.
Please note that in 2023-24, this program had an approval rate of 28% (13 out of 46 applications were approved).
