Creative Saskatchewan’s Production Directory Is Moving to Reel-Scout

Creative Saskatchewan is excited to announce a major upgrade to our Production Directory. To better serve Saskatchewan’s film and television industry and align with national standards, we are transitioning to Reel-Scout, a film industry-specific platform used by film commissions across North America.

Reel-Scout offers a centralized, searchable database for crew, vendors, locations, and production services. Its modern, user-friendly interface enhances visibility for local professionals and streamlines how productions connect with Saskatchewan-based talent and resources.

What This Means for Current Directory Users

If you’re already listed in our existing directory, you’ll soon receive an onboarding email from Reel-Scout with a login link to activate your new account. Most of your listing information has already been migrated, so you’ll only need to update your profile using Reel-Scout’s new category structure to ensure your information is complete and accurately represented.

The current directory will remain active for a limited time during the transition. Users will have 60 days from today to complete their profile updates before the old system is retired.

Watch your inbox for the onboarding email from Reel-Scout in the coming weeks. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case. Creative Saskatchewan will also send a reminder to help ensure a smooth transition.
