Creative Saskatchewan is committed to providing accessible, inclusive, and respectful programs, services, and spaces. This page outlines how we work to reduce barriers, what accessibility features are available, and how you can share feedback or request accommodations. 

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We welcome input that helps us improve how people access our information, services, and facilities.

Website accessibility 

We strive to maintain our website in alignment with recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, where reasonably achievable. 

Despite best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a barrier while using our website, we want to hear from you.

Accessibility of our building 

Our office is located in a building with the following accessibility features: 

• Accessible parking spaces 

• Ramp at the west entrance, including handrails 

• Push‑button automatic door openers at the building entrances 

• Elevator access to all floors 

• Accessible washrooms on all levels of the building 

If you have questions about accessing the building or would like to discuss your needs in advance of a visit, we encourage you to contact us. 

Meetings, programs, and accommodations 

We strive to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone. 

If you require accommodations to meet with us, participate in a program, or access our services, please let us know. Accommodations might include communication supports, alternate formats, or adjustments to how meetings are held. 

To request accommodations:

Accessibility Champions are trained staff who support accessible service delivery. 

You are welcome to make accommodation requests at any time. 

Accessible communications and alternate formats 

Upon request, we can provide information in alternate or accessible formats, such as: 

• Large print 

• Plain‑language versions of materials 

• Accessible digital documents 

We are also happy to discuss communication preferences or supports needed for meetings, presentations, or application processes. 

Privacy and confidentiality 

We respect your privacy. Information about accessibility needs or accommodation requests is shared only with our Accessibility Champions and with staff who need the information to arrange or deliver accessible service. 

Service animals 

Service animals are welcome at Creative Saskatchewan. 

Our building is managed under SaskBuilds and Procurement, and follows the Government of Saskatchewan’s approach to accommodating service animals. More information is available through the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission’s Policy on Service Animals:
