Since 2000, Tim has led Cheshire Smile through the creation and production of original animated productions including over 90 episodes of television and two internationally distributed Christmas Specials. Dawn Bird is an Indigenous producer for TV, film and web in Regina, Saskatchewan. She runs three Regina based production companies: B.E.ZEE Productions Inc., DBD Productions Inc. and Iron Door Productions Inc. Dawn first produced the TV series Teen Zone for Shaw Cable, as well as the comedic web series Over the Fence.
Dawn was among 40 participants accepted across Canada into the EAVE (European Audio-visual Entrepreneur) Access on Demand program being held by the NSI (National Screen Institute). While attending the course, Dawn is currently producing an Educational Documentary TV Series entitled ‘Guardians of the North’ for City TV Saskatchewan and also an active producer for the proposed TV Series ‘Red River Gold’ for APTN. The proof of concept is set to be filmed in early July of 2022.
Most recently, Dawn was the Saskatchewan Producer for the comedic web series ‘Zarqa’ which was aired mid May of 2022 on CBC Gem.

From 2008 to 2014, Mark Montague was a producer with Minds Eye Entertainment. As a partner of the company, Montague oversaw the day-to-day production of the company’s slate. Prairie Cat Productions is a Canadian Screen Award-nominated production company based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Founded by Lucas Frison, the company is focused on producing stories that celebrate life on the Canadian prairies. Lucas teamed with producer Élise Beaudry-Ferland in 2016 to bring Prairie Cat’s first feature film to life, Talent, which was one of 18 projects selected for Telefilm Canada’s Talent to Watch program in 2016/2017.
In 2019, they produced the CBC POV documentary Humboldt: The New Season which followed the Humboldt Broncos following the tragic 2018 bus crash. The documentary was nominated for a 2020 Canadian Screen Award for Best Documentary Program.
